Understanding our session cancellation guidelines

Cancellation Timeframes

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling available
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund or one-time free rescheduling
  • Less than 24 Hours: No refund, but may reschedule with 25% rescheduling fee
  • No-Show: Full session fee charged, no refund or rescheduling

Refund Policy

How and when refunds are processed

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
  • Program Packages: For multi-session Lab-2-Life packages, refunds are prorated based on unused sessions minus a 15% administrative fee
  • Digital Resources: Once accessed or downloaded, digital resources and programs are non-refundable
  • Payment Gateway Delays: Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to reflect in your account

Rescheduling Policy

Flexible options to adjust your appointments

  • We understand life happens! You may reschedule your session at no charge if done 48+ hours in advance
  • Rescheduling can be done online through your booking portal or by contacting our team
  • Priority rescheduling slots are offered to existing clients within the same week when possible
  • Maximum of 2 rescheduling requests per package/program to ensure fairness to all clients
